The Department of Defense Warrior Games
The wounded service members who compete in the Warrior Games make an incredible journey to get there, overcoming obstacles the average civilian can only imagine. So when the Games opened to the public for the first time ever, we rallied 60,000 Chicagoans to honour them with a journey of their own—By Air, By Land, or By Sea.
Our campaign with an anthem video I co-wrote. It features real Warrior Games athletes and an original song performed by soul legend Sam Moore.
The same athletes featured in our video became the stars of our out-of-home and social campaigns.
We also partnered with Lyft for to create a special Warrior Mode, which gave users the ability to ride to the games in a military-grade Humvee.
