Gen-Z is obsessed with their health, and obsessed with documenting it. (See: #selfcare, #smoothiebowl, #gymlife) Noticeably absent: #sexualhealth. The stigma around STDs keeps the 15-24 demo from getting tested, even though they make up half of all new infections.
I helped concept a social stunt to start the conversation about sexual health, which we produced with Soul Pancake.
I also wrote YESmeansTEST.org to give kids the rundown on why and how to get tested. 100,000+ people have used the site’s locator to find affordable testing near them.
ASHA dug the site so much that they slapped a maple leaf on it, and sent it north to educate Canada's kinky youth.
